Meet Linh

I started as an immigrant, then a single mum at 20.
If I can change my life, you can absolutely change yours.
Hey, I'm Linh.
Founder of Outsourcing Angel. Author of 360° Success. Public speaker. Mum of three. Entrepreneur of nearly fifteen years.
But before any of that, I was a nine-year-old on a plane from Vietnam, landing in Australia with a family searching for a better life.
This is the short version of how I got from there to here.
Life as a migrant wasn't easy. Like most families, we did whatever it took to survive.
I became a child labourer at ten—helping my parents with their home-based sewing business.
My parents worked around the clock. I knew they did it out of love and sacrifice. But growing up, what I felt most was their absence.
I struggled to fit in. I rebelled and for a while, I was completely lost.
At 20, I became a single mum. That was the moment everything changed.
Suddenly, life wasn't just about me. I had someone depending on me, and I knew I had to change the trajectory of my life for my son's future.
I went back to university. Got my degree. Found a "proper" corporate job.
But it didn't take long to realise the 9-to-5 wasn't built for mums like me. I couldn't shake the feeling that repetitive work and time away from my son didn't align with what truly mattered to me.
I was always choosing between career and family—and losing on both fronts. There was no flexibility and no time freedom.
So in my early 20s, I took a leap of faith and left my corporate job, using my last $5,000 to start a nail polish business while raising my son. I was searching for flexibility, freedom, and a better future for us both.
Although the nail polish business wasn't successful, I sold it and moved on. But I didn't give up on entrepreneurship. Using the marketing and outsourcing skills I learnt from that first business, I built Red & Black Solutions in 2010 — an offshore marketing agency that eventually evolved into Outsourcing Angel in 2015, an offshore recruitment agency.
It was also during this season that life began changing in unexpected ways. I met the man of my dreams, and together we built a beautiful life — a marriage of nearly 15 years and two more children.
Discovering outsourcing changed my life. Not only did it allow me to build a team to support me, it also gave me more time to be with my family while growing my business.
As business owners, it's important to free yourself up from your business and have a lifestyle for yourself.
See how Outsourcing Angel worksBuilding Outsourcing Angel taught me something I didn't expect.
I was helping entrepreneurs free up hours of their time every week — but most weren't using that time to live better. They were filling it back up with more work.
They kept saying: "Once I hire the right person…" "Once we hit the next milestone…" But that time never came.
I started seeing it everywhere — founders chasing that one day. Always waiting for life to slow down until they could truly enjoy what they had built.
Then I realised I was doing the same thing.
Even though I had more time with my family and more financial success, I wasn't truly present. I was stressed, anxious, overwhelmed, and constantly chasing more. Eventually, it caught up with me as anxiety and panic attacks.
That became my wake up call.
I hired a life coach who helped me slow down and rebuild my life bit by bit — my mindset, habits, priorities, health, relationships, and definition of success.
In that rebuilding, one truth became clear: while there are endless resources on how to design and grow a business, almost no one teaches you how to design your life.
So I started writing one. That became the 360° Success Framework.

Take the free 360° QuizToday, I live with intention.
A business I can run from anywhere. A passionate fourteen-year marriage. A happy family. Time for friends. Good health. The freedom to travel the world.
I don't share that to boast. I share it because so many entrepreneurs believe this kind of life has to come later — after the next milestone, after the kids are older, after things finally slow down.
But I've learnt that if you don't intentionally design your life, the business will consume it.
I'm proof that you can build both — a successful business and a meaningful life at the same time.
That's the message behind 360° Success. I'm not interested in just inspiring people — I want to give them the playbook on how to design their best life.
360° Success is that playbook. The full framework, the stories behind it, and the practical tools to start applying it this week.
Read the bookWe've all seen how quickly life can change. People with big dreams, successful businesses, and so much still ahead of them can be gone far too soon.
It's a reminder that time isn't guaranteed.
That's one of the reasons this work matters so deeply to me.
One question changed everything for me:
"What would I do if I only had 12 months left to live?"
The answer wasn't to make more money or work harder.
It was to share what I've learnt, mentor others, and help entrepreneurs make the most of their life while they still can.
Because at the end of the day, success means very little if we never slow down enough to truly experience it.
That is now my mission in life.
So let me ask you:
If you only had 12 months left to live… how would you live differently?
And if any part of my story resonates with you, I'd love to help you write your next chapter too.
You don't need to hustle harder. You can design your freedom now. And you absolutely don't have to choose between a thriving business and a meaningful life.
You can have both.
If any part of my story sounds like yours, the next chapter is yours to write — and there are a few ways I can help you start.
